Born and raised in Arizona, I’m happy to call Arizona my home still. I’m a proud graduate of Northern Arizona University and Arizona State University. I’ve been in the education field for fifteen years. My years of volunteering have led to Higher Ground.  Having the opportunity to build a house for families in Mexico during my college years was life-changing. This has also taught me the importance of volunteering and giving back to our community. 

During my free time I enjoy playing card games and watching movies with my two boys. We enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants and spending time with family.  We enjoy listening to a wide variety of music.  Most of all I enjoy cooking for friends and family.  

I’m excited to continue working with families, communities and students as the Site Director for Higher Ground.
