Hi, my name is Joe Archuleta and I am excited to get working with the staff of Higher Ground and the students and parents of Willis Junior High School. I am becoming the Parent and Student Support Specialist.

My wife and I moved from Colorado to Spend time with our Daughter and Grandkids, little did I know that I would be given the opportunity to join Higher Ground when we visited with the Founders of Higher Ground (our family).

I have a Master of Public Administration from Walden University. I Have worked in two school districts in Colorado helping students and parents. In my leisure time, I am looking for a good place to do some fishing as it relaxes me when I get stressed and enjoy the outdoors, and the quietness.

After a brief retirement from Pastoring a church, I am pleased to be back in the workforce again, doing what I love doing.
