Hello! My name is Stephanie Byrd, but I love it when my Grandsons call me Grandma. I am so excited to join the Higher Ground team!

I was born in El Paso, TX but moved to Arizona as a very small baby so I consider myself a native.

Most of my accounting and bookkeeping career was spent working for the Department of Education in downtown Phoenix, in the Arizona Charter School Incentive Program. I had a ton of amazing mentors that have guided me to where I am today. 

If not working on balancing books, you might find me alongside my husband, in a bowling alley trying my very hardest to beat him.
