I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ. I attended John E. White Elementary School, Pistor Middle School, and Pueblo Magnet High School. I am married with a daughter and two cats. I love reading and taking care of my island on Animal Crossing. After graduating in 2013, I received my bachelor’s degree in elementary education and my master’s degree in educational leadership. I have worked in education for seven years and am still going strong! I am excited to start a new chapter in my career with Higher Ground to ensure an equitable education for students from my own community.
