Hello everyone! My name is William Pearson, but I go by Bill. I am very excited to join the Higher Ground team.

I was born in Rochester, NY, and was raised in Northern New Jersey. I obtained my bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Rider University, and received my master’s degree in Elementary Education from Wilmington University. I have worked for 30 years in the financial services and software industries in different leadership roles, supporting Business Lending, Business Development, Compliance, Escalation Management, and Human Resources areas. Additionally, I have worked in K-12 education over the past 4 years as an RTI teacher and Compliance Program Manager.

I have been a resident of Arizona since 2013, and have a passion for mentoring and building community in everything that I do. I am honored to work with a group of talented individuals who are passionate about empowering our students, families, and communities.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, cooking, karaoke and coaching middle school athletes. I love all sports, however, my passion is track and field.
